Um terremoto de magnitude 6,9 atingiu a península mexicana de Baja Califórnia nesta segunda-feira (3), informou o Serviço Geológico dos Estados Unidos. O terremoto ocorreu a 79 quilômetros de Santa Isabel, na península de Baja Califórnia, que fica a 533 quilômetros a sudeste da cidade de Tijuana.
Ainda de acordo com o serviço, o abalo sísmico ocorreu a 15 quilômetros de profundidade.
